He was also great in explaining the status of my car and what I needed (after the oil change). I have been to 3 other Honda dealerships for oil changes and only one other time did they explain what they were doing (but in a rushed manner). Robert took his time explaining everything and I felt he honestly gave his opinion on what needed to be done first on my car...which were a few things!! Thanks for you excellent customer service.

Total time it took from looking around to see what we liked to finishing off the paperwork was about 2 hours. Never in my life have I had a car sale go that quickly and smoothly. Then the follow up to make sure we received everything we were entitled to was completely unexpected but not as unexpected as when we went back to pick up our car and seeing how immaculate it was.
