"I experienced great service.  Robert was very thorough in explaining what they would check on during the oil change.  He was also great in explaining the status of my car and what I needed (after the oil change).  I have been to 3 other Honda dealerships for oil changes and only one other time did they explain what they were doing (but in a rushed manner).  Robert took his time explaining everything and I felt he honestly gave his opinion on what needed to be done first on my car...which were a few things!!  Thanks for you excellent customer service.
